The location was comfy and particularly good, in the middle of jackson! Also, it was 10 min drive from a living museum. Our room was fairly quiet with a queen sized bed and the staff were WELCOMING.

location: the hotel was next to old sturbridge village and many shops and restaurants. enjoyed the a double room with a queen sized bed, and nice and comfortable location in the middle of jackson.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The personnel was very polite, and the owner too. The location was exceptionally nice and comfortable, near to Old Sturbridge Village and many shops and restaurants as well as Sturbridge.

Cramped office space needs better ventilation!!! Parking access is challenging, particularly for larger vehicles!!! Room decor attempts a facelift, but still looks outdated!!! No daily housekeeping might frustrate longer stays!!!

Positive, The beds were super comfortable and the heating worked perfectly during our chilly stay. The shower was amazing-definitely a spa vibe. The owner was super nice and helped with our luggage right to our room. It was a cozy experience with great hospitality 😊

Family with children Friendly place to stay
The owner was super friendly, took time to show us to our room, and actually helped us with our bags, unexpected! The bathroom was fantastic with modern finishes and a shower that actually reminded me of a spa experience.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still worth it for the comfort offered.

The shower was amazing! We spent our days exploring the nearby Woodstock Golf Course and Taylor Brooke Winery. The staff was super helpful, and our room wassuper clean and cozy. Don't expect a big breakfast though. Just some donuts. It was a solid experience, and I'd definitely recommend it for a group trip.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities like a fancy shower and a light-up mirror. The comfortable feather comforters on the two beds were a nice touch. The owner's effort to assist with luggage and personally guide to the room demonstrated really good service. Parking was convenient with enough space for both a van and trailer.

Check-in was smooth, and the room was well-decorated and super clean. The handmade pasta served was good. I faced significant issues with bed bugs , troubling and not addressed adequately. The thin walls allowed noise from neighboring rooms to disturb my experience. The small toilet was also inconvenient and could use an upgrade.

The room was clean and had modern decor. Shower was super fancy, but might need a degree to operate. Comfy stay with lovely hosts who really showed us the ropes!
We seemed like extras in a sitcom while waiting outside in the cold! It's almost like they wanted to audition us for a play called 'Frostbite and Check-In'!
